Gas Data Limited specialises in renewable natural gas analysis and its critical data access and management. When the present CEO took control of the business, its growth accelerated, and development became imminent.  The IT systems needed further expansion and strategic change to meet the new demands for future.

JBC has worked with Gas Data since 2014, providing immediate telephone and helpdesk based remote support as well as an on- site IT service, delivering a high- quality proactive level of IT advice and recommendations to meet any change. JBC continue to manage all IT software and hardware supply, installation, and support effectively.

Gas Data valued the add on support and assistance JBC were able to provide with IT and infrastructure in relation to Gas Data’s office relocation project in 2018. At this time extra care and planning was required to ensure all 3rd party communication services for IT and telephony were planned and implemented perfectly to ensure there was not any business interruption or service issues.

An installation plan is agreed before any work commences, and this ensures a clear mutual understanding as well as it minimises any downtime.  If a critical part of our infrastructure requires upgrading, JBC can perform this outside of hours to mitigate business interruption.  All work carried out by JBC has been completed successfully, time after time.

As Part of our service and support agreement, we hold periodic review meetings with JBC where we discuss our ongoing relationship, current and future IT requirements and review our contract in terms of service quality, response time, meeting SLA’s etc.  These meetings also provide a great forum for current projects to be reviewed and allow us to plan, to ensure decision makers from both our organisations to make informed decisions.  We value JBC’s professional approach, communication, honesty but above all, their technical expertise.
