What to expect from your JBC Platinum Pro complete care I.T. support cover

Platinum Pro complete care is the most comprehensive support package we provide. When a client signs up,
JBC become their IT department. Not only so that we understand their operations, how they work and their individual requirements, but also in order that we
become their trusted partner so to ensure we are
working in their best interests.

We assign every client a dedicated team of support personnel, combining the rapport of familiar faces with
the depth of resource that can only be provided by a
team. Just like having an internal IT department, but
at a fraction of the cost.

This is not a “Break/Fix” IT support service. JBC Complete Care is a proactive IT Support agreement, JBC monitor
and work constantly on client systems and communicate effectively with our customers.

Onsite support

The proactive on-site maintenance time in JBC’s Platinum Pro Complete Care comprises the following key elements;

  • Server & Network Performance Checks
    Designed to identify potential future problems
    and resolve them before they become an issue

  • User Issues
    Dealing with any issue that's arisen since the last visit which requires (or benefits from) face-to-face contact

  • Network Development
    Time dedicated to adding to, or improving the customer network. Including (but not limited to)
    the following:

    • Adding and removing new network users
      and e mail addresses for change of
      employee situations
    • Installing new operating system updates
    • Identifying potential useful technologies
      for the client

Network development time means that small project implementation is included in the price of Complete Care. There is no need to book, and pay for, additional time.

Proactive support means customers can look forward, using their dedicated JBC team to help align IT with strategic business planning.

When something is holding up your work you need a resolution quickly, the JBC Helpdesk has no first line or second line support, so there is no waiting for escalation.
All calls go straight through to one of the members of
your appointed team of highly trained, Microsoft Certified, Technical Engineers.

Remote support

JBC’s Engineers fix over 90% of issues remotely.
Every client receives full remote support that includes access to all workstations, laptops and servers, utilising industry standard software that is 100% secure.

On demand consultancy

Our highly experienced project managers are always available for Complete Care customers. From planning
an office move to designing new multi server networks
or disaster recovery solutions; they will give the best
advice available to ensure that projects are delivered
on time and on budget.

Service Level Agreement

Complete Care is backed by tailor made Service Level Agreements, giving peace of mind that JBC will be there within guaranteed agreed response times no matter what the event, a bespoke contract is put together for every customer based on their needs. Usually based upon

  • Immediate telephone and helpdesk support
  • Business Critical On site Support within
    2-4 working hours
  • Standard on site support within 2-8 working hours (non business critical)

Complete Care service is simple; regular proactive onsite maintenance backed up with unlimited remote support. Keeping your IT working properly, you can concentrate
